Astro-Coaching

How Astro-coaching works

Framework

In my perspective, astrology is a symbolic and analytical language that supports self-observation and perspective.

I do not operate with the idea of a fixed destiny.
The focus is on potential, choice, awareness, and consequence.

Approach

I engage in private, one-to-one reflective sessions, structured around dialogue and interpretation.

The work typically involves:

1. Observation
  • symbolic analysis (natal chart)
  • relevant life context
  • recurring themes and patterns
2. Clarification
  • translating symbolic language into concrete life dynamics
  • identifying unconscious mechanisms
  • exploring assumptions and internal narratives
3. Integration
  • reframing perspective
  • supporting conscious choice
  • increasing internal coherence and autonomy

What participants typically gain

  • increased clarity and orientation
  • a coherent framework for understanding personal dynamics
  • greater capacity to make decisions without emotional noise

Boundaries

This work is not suitable for those who:

  • seek validation or reassurance
  • expect predictions or guarantees
  • avoid responsibility for personal decisions
  • look for substitutes for professional or clinical support

Astro-coaching in my view is a reflective and maturity-oriented process, not a support mechanism for avoidance.

Private sessions

All sessions are private, one-to-one conversations, educational and exploratory in nature.
