What do you look for when you go to an astrologer? What expectations do you carry into that encounter?
These are just a few of the questions I have asked myself in relation to my new field of work.
I have not found a single answer—and I do not believe one exists. Each of us is motivated by different needs and searches for different things when turning to astrology. So the real question became: how do I position myself as an astrologer?
This is where clarity emerged for me—by articulating what I can offer, as an astrologer.
I can meet you in a space that is safe, confidential, and open—free of judgment and personal opinions—grounded instead in honesty, respect, and an authentic, human dialogue.
I can look at the synthesis of your life as it is reflected in the natal chart and help you identify the central idea of the complex structure that you are.
I can help you understand why you are drawn to certain activities, what motivates you to pursue others, how you might introduce the new into your life, and how to extract greater meaning and joy from what is already present.
I can point to your talents and aptitudes, to the forms of personal and social expression that bring fulfillment, and to what genuinely allows you to experience moments of happiness.
I can guide you to see yourself through my eyes—through the lens of a sincere joy for understanding—so that you may rediscover yourself, restoring self-respect and trust in life.
And finally, I can show you what happens when authentic passion is put to work—how effort transforms into flow, and how work becomes a source of quiet joy—simply by walking alongside me in our conversation.
As Neil deGrasse Tyson reminds us, “The sky is NOT the limit.”
In this sense, I agree.
